The problem
TrustPool Global needed a real product, not a brochure site — a platform that could onboard users, handle payments, expose operator dashboards, and stand up to the scrutiny of real customers from day one.
What we built
End-to-end: account creation and authentication, role-based access, billing and payment flows on Stripe, internal admin tooling, real-time operational dashboards, and a marketing surface that ties it together.
How it's held up
The platform has been in production with real users and real money flowing through it. We continue to maintain, monitor, and evolve it — closing the loop between engineering, operations, and the founding team.
Why it matters
Most agency work doesn't survive its first year of contact with real users. TrustPool is the counter-example: a system designed to be operated, not just launched.
